I am constantly frustrated by coworkers, family, and friends who use the “Reply All” button when the plain old “Reply” button is what they should have used. Thankfully, I recently found this post on Gawker that explains the rules in plain English. The author has a great sense of humor, but the post is definitely lacking in tact, so be careful about forwarding it on to people! If everyone obeyed these rules, life would definitely be easier!
